CARROLLWOOD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

BOARD MEETING

July 22, 2010

Meeting was called to order at 6:12 pm by President Cammy Peterson.

Member s present:

• Adam Stluka

• Philip Stuckert

• Larry Jordan

1) Motion by Tommy Ashker to accept the minutes from the June Board meeting-Philip Stuckert - second. MOTION PASSED.

2) Motion by Tommy Ashker to appoint Ron Budynas as Treasurer of CWLHOA-Adam Stluka-second. MOTION PASSED.

3) Philip Stuckert presented the final version of the contract with Tetra Tech. Roy Meacham moved to accept the contract as written-Ron Budynas-second-MOTION PASSED. President Peterson and Secretary Downen signed the final contract.

4) Motion to accept bid of $1408 for 62 feet of fencing replacement along the East side of Oak Springs. Philip Stuckert moved to accept this bid-Ron Budynas-second. MOTION PASSED.

5) Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm
